Two students were killed and nine more wounded Saturday afternoon during a shooting that sent shockwaves through the Ivy League campus.

At least two people at Brown University were killed Saturday and nine others were injured in critical but stable condition, police said. No one is in custody.

An event to mark the first day of Hanukkah was taking place at Bondi Beach when the shooting took place, killing at least 15 people ages 10 to 87. Officials declared the shooting a terrorist event and said it was “designed to target” Jewish people.
