A choroid plexus cyst is a small fluid filled space that fills inside the choroid plexus of the brain (what makes the cerebral spinal fluid). They are seen in ~ 1- 2% of healthy fetuses and don't impact how the brain functions. They are commonly seen at the anatomy ultrasound and almost always resolve.
